In Q3 2021, the top News and Magazines apps on Android in Serbia demonstrated diverse performance trends. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared based on data from Sensor Tower.

SQUID - News & Magazines saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at approximately 473 downloads in late June, the app's downloads peaked at around 745 in the last week of August. The app maintained a stable performance, closing the quarter with around 640 downloads in the final week of September.

Alo experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads. Beginning the quarter with about 580 downloads, the app saw a brief dip to around 476 in early September, before recovering to approximately 668 downloads by the end of the quarter.

NOVA Portal had a mixed performance in terms of weekly downloads. Starting strong with around 771 downloads in late June, the app witnessed a decline to approximately 320 downloads by late August. However, it managed a slight recovery, closing the quarter with about 345 downloads.

The app's downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending with around 253 downloads in the final week of September.
